Notary Commission and Passport Application Service Appointments Now Required

Please read the following in its entirety. Failure to adhere to scheduling policies, submit the correct applications, required documents and appropriate fee(s) may result in the inability to render service and may result in rescheduling.  


For your safety and to provide efficient service, appointments are now required for Notary Commission and Passport Application services at our Downtown, North Service Center, and South Service:
Applicants more than fifteen (15) minutes late will be asked to schedule a new appointment.


FOR PASSPORTS: We encourage you to visit Passport Application Services or contact the scheduling location to determine the appropriate forms, fees, and payment types specific to your application(s).  Failure to provide correct forms, fees and payment types may result in the rejection of your application(s) and require a new scheduling date.
All passport applications require two separate payments: A passport Application fee (payable by check or money order) and a standard processing fee (payable by check, money order, or credit/debit card - excluding Amex). *Note: Our office does not accept renewal passport applications for adults. *Applicants applying for adult passport renewals must renew by mail. FOR NOTARY APPLICATIONS: We encourage you to visit Notary Commission/Renewal Services or contact the scheduling location to determine the appropriate forms, fees and payment types specific to your application(s).  Failure to provide correct forms, fees and payment types may result in the rejection of your application(s) and require a new scheduling date. **Note: Applicants renewing their notary commission qualify for mail-in renewal services.   All locations accept the following payment types: Check, Money Order or Credit/Debit Card - excluding Amex. Appointments are available between 9:00AM - 4:00PM Monday-Friday at all locations. .

**While each location will also accept walk-ins for these services, we strongly recommend that customers schedule appointments as scheduled appointments will take precedence over walk-ins, which may result in extended wait times.
