FULTON—Fulton County Clerk of Superior Court, Cathelene “Tina” Robinson (Atlanta Judicial Circuit), announces that beginning Monday, June 5, 2017, the Superior and Magistrate Court Clerk’s office will launch mandatory Criminal e-Filing for in Fulton County Superior Court (only).
In keeping with her promise “to improve the overall customer experience through enhanced technology and an elevated level of efficiency,” the Fulton Superior Court Clerk’s office will “go-live” with the Tyler Technologies based, Odyssey eFileGA, a system that will allow registered users to file documents from a single website from anywhere – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The new Odyssey eFileGA system will accomplish the following:
Reduce average filing time
Lowered costs for filing, anytime from any internet-ready computer Eliminate costly trips to the courthouse
Increased access to file-stamped copies of your court documents
Clerk Robinson states, “We are extremely excited about the implementation of this new e-filing component. The positive effects of civil e-filing were immediate and I feel the same will happen as a result of criminal e-filing. This new module will aid constituents in a variety of ways that will make filing criminal documents in the Clerk’s office much more convenient and efficient. Constituents should truly understand that the Fulton County Clerk’s office is on a continued mission to raise the standard on how we approach and deliver customer service.”
